02 Solutions
Letsmoo, a company focused on innovative parking management solutions, approached us with the need to create a paperless car wallet system. The goal was to simplify the parking process for both car owners and staff by digitizing vehicle information, communication, and car retrieval. To achieve this, we developed a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter, which enabled the system to function seamlessly on both Android and iOS devices. The app allows users to provide their vehicle and owner details, generating WhatsApp or SMS messages to notify car owners and staff. This communication system was designed to operate smoothly even in cases where WhatsApp was unavailable, ensuring a fallback option via SMS.
For the backend, we utilized Firebase, providing a reliable and scalable data management system to store vehicle information, key locations, and communication history. The app also incorporated features that allowed staff to securely record key locations and trigger car retrieval requests. Car owners could easily request their vehicle by clicking a button in the WhatsApp message, and staff received notifications when the car was ready for pickup. To complement the app, we designed a responsive and visually appealing landing page, which provided information about the system’s features and guided users through the parking process. This was integrated with the app’s branding to create a consistent user experience.
The project underwent thorough testing to ensure its functionality, usability, and seamless operation across devices. After deployment, we provided ongoing support and training to ensure the app continued to meet the needs of both car owners and staff.
03 Results
The project resulted in a fully functional paperless parking system that was easy to use for both car owners and staff. The app’s seamless integration of WhatsApp and SMS communication ensured clear and efficient interactions, while the backend architecture provided real-time data updates and secure management of vehicle and key information. The landing page further enhanced user engagement, and the app’s cross-platform compatibility increased its accessibility. Overall, the solution improved the parking experience, boosted operational efficiency, and fostered greater customer satisfaction, establishing Letsmoo as an industry leader in innovative parking solutions.
04 Conclusion
The paperless car wallet parking system developed for Tyredaddy successfully enhances parking management efficiency by providing a digital vehicle check-in, key tracking, and retrieval system. Built using Flutter and Firebase, the solution ensures seamless communication through WhatsApp API and SMS integration. With a user-friendly mobile app and secure admin panel, the system improves parking operations, security, and customer satisfaction while reducing manual processes.
