02 Solution
To overcome the challenges faced by Max Elect Control System IND. LLC, we developed a comprehensive two-phase solution. In the first phase, we created a customized estimation software system that centralized vendor, product, and customer information, and automated key processes like project estimation and purchase order generation. By integrating a centralized database and using technologies like ReactJS for the front end, NodeJS for the backend, and MongoDB for the database, the software minimized manual errors and streamlined procurement processes.
Phase 2 focused on enhancing the software by developing a dynamic website with advanced functionalities such as the Favourites feature, which allowed users to group and organize products efficiently, and a bulk product import feature, which was critical given the company’s vast inventory. We also introduced vendor association, enabling users to filter products by linked vendors, and developed a robust vendor and user management system to ensure seamless data entry and retrieval. The solution was designed with scalability in mind, using AWS to ensure reliable hosting and performance.

Manual errors were drastically reduced, leading to a 60% improvement in workflow efficiency, while automated processes streamlined procurement and strengthened vendor relationships. The Favourites feature improved product organization, and the bulk import functionality saved considerable time in managing the large inventory. The vendor association feature enhanced product filtering and improved usability, while the vendor and user management tools made it easier for contractors and consultants to enter and retrieve important data.
