Muhammed Ashir envisioned Perk Master, an employee recognition and rewards platform with an integrated e-commerce system that allows employees to redeem for products and services. The goal was to create a dynamic and scalable solution that not only enhanced employee satisfaction but also provided companies with an efficient way to manage incentives. The platform operates on a points-based reward system and includes features such as a social feed for engagement, analytics for tracking employee participation, and a mobile-friendly interface for seamless access across devices.

02 Solutions
Our team developed Perk Master as a robust, feature-rich platform that seamlessly combines an employee reward system with an e-commerce module for product redemption. The customizable reward enabled organizations to offer default like Netflix and Spotify subscriptions, as well as personalized experiences. A points management system was implemented, allowing companies to and track points transparently. To enhance usability, we integrated role-based access control and SSO authentication for secure and easy logins.
The e-commerce module was built with Stripe and Razorpay integrations, allowing employees to redeem points for physical and digital rewards. A Flutter-based mobile application was also developed, ensuring employees could conveniently access the platform anytime. Additionally, a social feed module was planned as a future enhancement after the first milestone, aiming to foster engagement through company updates, posts, and interactions. The entire platform was designed with scalability and security in mind, ensuring smooth expansion and robust data protection.03 Results

The custom reward catalog empowered companies to align incentives with their values, while the e-commerce module provided a seamless redemption experience.
