Letters to Abroad (LTA) is an innovative platform dedicated to bridging the gap between students and mentors worldwide. The client envisioned “LTA Connect,” a solution designed to provide a seamless mentoring experience through an integrated portal. Their primary goal was to enhance user satisfaction by incorporating smooth interactions, scheduling, and secure payment processes while empowering mentors to manage their schedules and earnings efficiently.

We developed a comprehensive system architecture and mid-fidelity wireframes to establish a solid foundation for LTA Connect. The wireframes provided a detailed visual structure for key features, including mentor listing, profile management, session booking, and payment integration. By focusing on a user-centric approach, we created intuitive layouts for both students and mentors, enhancing usability and accessibility.
