The challenge
Max Control ran on manual, disconnected processes: estimates and purchase orders prepared by hand, product and vendor data scattered across files, and no shared login or user management across its tools. Quoting was slow and error-prone.

What we built
We built a three-module platform, each with its own backend and frontend. An SSO service handles authentication, social login and user management. A Dashboard hub manages organisations, billing, plans and role-based access across apps. And an Accounting & Estimation suite turns vendors, products and customers into one database and generates estimates, invoices, purchase orders and RFQs automatically — with financial reports and PDF/Excel exports. Angular front-ends, Node/Express services and MongoDB, shipped through CI/CD on PM2 and Nginx.

The result
Estimation workflows run about 60% faster, manual errors dropped sharply, and the business runs on one connected platform — a single login, shared user management, and thousands of products and vendors searchable in seconds.
