The challenge
Legal document processing ran on handovers and follow-up calls. Tracking which document was with which typist or notary — and which version was final — was constant manual work.

What we built
We built a management system with secure logins and role-based access, where document jobs move through clear stages: upload, typing, notary review and attestation. A companion mobile app keeps the workflow moving from anywhere.

The result
Document workflows became trackable end to end. Less chasing, fewer mix-ups, and a secure record of every version and approval.
