The challenge

Coaching a sales team at scale is expensive and hard to schedule. Reps need to practice objection handling constantly, but role-play sessions are rare and feedback is subjective. The client needed a way to give every rep a personal AI coach — available any time, objective every time.

What we built

We built SalesX with OpenAI for conversation intelligence, Deepgram for speech-to-text and ElevenLabs for realistic AI voice. Every call is scored across five dimensions. Coaches review sessions, submit feedback and schedule follow-ups. An admin panel gives organisations full visibility of team performance. The platform runs multi-tenant — rep, coach and org-admin roles each see exactly what they need.
