The challenge
Field agents visited shops and wrote bills by hand. Invoices had errors, took time, and the company then had to re-enter everything for GST tax filing.

What we built
We built a mobile app where agents record sales at the shop and the invoice is generated instantly and shared on WhatsApp. The system files the figures to the GST portal automatically, and managers get one admin panel for customers, products and reports.

The result
Billing errors disappeared and invoicing now takes seconds instead of minutes. Tax compliance happens in the background, and managers see consolidated reports without chasing paperwork.
