The challenge
Software teams run delivery across a dozen disconnected tools — a CRM for deals, a doc editor for proposals, a board for tasks, a spreadsheet for cashflow, a separate help desk. Nothing talks to anything, and senior time goes to admin instead of building.

What we built
We built Pulse: deals flow through a 10-step capture wizard that feeds AI generation of 100+ document types (BRD, PRD, SOW, SRS, architecture). Delivery runs on kanban boards with AI task generation, milestones and timesheets — plus an MCP server and terminal execution, so AI coding agents pick up tasks, do the work and log every commit. Financial intelligence projects cashflow and scores delivery risk, and a built-in support desk and knowledge base handle post-delivery. Multi-tenant and realtime — and the platform our own team runs on.
